Fredy Justino owns and operates FJ Global Custom Builds. That structure keeps responsibility clear from the first property visit through the discussion of the proposed work. Home construction involves many decisions, and it helps to explain the goal, the property and the questions to someone directly connected to the company.
FJ Global LLC is licensed and insured in Massachusetts. We serve English- and Portuguese-speaking homeowners, making project conversations accessible to families who prefer either language. The focus is practical residential construction: understanding what you want to build, looking at the existing conditions and defining a scope that can be put into a written proposal.

The estimate process
Visit, listen, then write it clearly
A free estimate begins on site. We visit the property because access, grade, the existing structure and the relationship to neighboring areas can all affect a project. Photos and an address are useful, but standing at the site helps connect the request to actual conditions.
Next, we listen. The goal may be a lower-maintenance deck, additional living space, an ADU, framing from a set of plans or a garage that fits the property. We ask what matters to the household and review information already available. If plans or local approvals are part of the project, those details help define the next conversation.
After the visit, we prepare a clear written proposal for the defined scope. The purpose is to put the discussed work in writing so both sides can review what is included and resolve questions before construction is scheduled. There is no charge for the on-site estimate.
